Hand Trouble

So within the past few hours my right hand has been having some really random pain. Like, if I put pressure on it, my pinkie finger starts to hurt a LOT. Like, to the point it kinda tenses up. And it's kinda freaking me out, like, is it just some muscle pain? Is it a pinched nerve? I don't know, but I'm concerned 'cuz I'm right-handed, and if it DOES turn out to be something serious, it could really affect my drawing. If the pain doesn't go away soon (as in on Monday), I'll probably go to the campus clinic to see if they could do anything.
